After a long day, there are few things better than a good foot massage. Particularly, if you’ve spent the last ten hours sporting high heels. Treat yourself or something you care about to a relaxing foot rub using this peppermint tea tree oil blend.

Peppermint Tea Tree Foot Oil

  • 12 drops peppermint essential oil
  • 6 drops tea tree essential oil
  • 1 oz. carrier oil (I prefer to use sweet almond oil)
  • Glass container (I use these)

Combine the essential oils in the glass bottle, then top with the carrier oil. Shake well to combine. Use as a massage oil on the feet. Also great for reflexology work. I like to make this in small batches so that it’s always fresh, but if you want to make more just scale using the 2:1 ratio of the peppermint to tea tree oils per ounce of carrier oil. This will keep you at a comfortable 2% dilution.
