I have had my nose in a book studying in all of my free time the last few months and that’s not going to change for the foreseeable future. Between studying to take the bar in two new states and for my Master Clinical Aromatherapy program, studying has become my second job. It’s so easy to get distracted and be unable to focus, that I thought it would be great to come up with a concentration blend. Just in time for back to school, if you need a little help focusing and enjoy herbal citrus scents, this will be perfect for you!

Concentration Blend

  • 8 drops lemon essential oil
  • 8 drops rosemary essential oil
  • 4 drops basil essential oil

Add this combination of oils to your favorite diffuser (or diffuser neckalce) or you could make a personal inhaler to use sporadically when you’re feeling bogged down. For best effects, this blend should be used through one of these inhalation methods as opposed to topically.
