It’s officially fall! Fall is by far my favorite season. Crisp cool air, changing leaves, and mixes of fruit and spice abound. This diffuser blend will make your home smell amazing and will have you dreaming of falling leaves!

This diffuser blend is perfect for when you need some extra motivation to be productive and get things done. These punchy citrus scents will invigorate you and leave your space smelling delicious

Motivating Citrus Diffuser Blend

  • 2 drops lemon essential oil
  • 2 drops lime essential oil
  • 2 drops sweet orange essential oil
  • 2 drops grapefruit essential oil
  • 2 drops tangerine essential oil

Allow these flavors to meld and fill your space by using them in your favorite diffuser. This blend works best for inhalation as opposed to a topical application.

This peppermint sea salt scrub is a perfect treat for your body. The peppermint will invigorate your skin and sooth sore muscles. The olive oil is a wonderful moisturizer and acts as a carrier oil, and the sea salt is a great exfoliant.

Peppermint Sea Salt Scrub

  • 2 cups sea salt
  • 3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 30 drops peppermint essential oil

Add peppermint essential oil to olive oil and mix thoroughly. Fold olive oil mixture into salt until just combine and salt is coated. Store in an air tight jar, preferably glass. Scoop out by hand and use in the bath or shower.
